Project Overview
Nhi Ma Do is a board-certified Physician Assistant with certifications in both functional medicine (IFMCP) and lifestyle medicine (DipACLM), as well as a registered yoga teacher. Through her platform “The Loud Introvert,” she educates communities on root-cause approaches to health through evidence-based resources, focusing on the pillars of lifestyle medicine: movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, social connections, and more.
The original nhimado.org site suffered from a disjointed, DIY structure that undermined Nhi’s credibility as a healthcare expert. Load times were painfully slow, the design lacked consistency, and navigation felt chaotic. Most critically, her extensive collection of curated health resources was buried in an unorganized list with no clear browsing system, making it nearly impossible for visitors to find what they needed.
The redesign transformed the site into a polished, professional platform that positions Nhi as the authority she is while preserving her warm, approachable personality and vibrant brand identity.
An improved framework now allows her to independently update her growing media appearances and speaking engagements. The Resources section received a complete overhaul with intuitive categorization and filtering, turning what was once an overwhelming dump of links into a genuinely useful tool for her community. Performance optimizations brought load times down dramatically, and the new visual system balances professionalism with the colorful, personal touch that makes Nhi’s work so accessible.
