LCG Advisors is a leading national transaction advisory firm specializing in due diligence, investment banking, business valuations, and risk mitigation services LCG Advisors. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Tampa, Florida, LCG has a national presence spanning 30 cities with a diverse team that performs over 1,000 engagements annually LCG Advisors for private equity firms, institutional lenders, business owners, and legal professionals.
The Challenge
LCG Advisors needed a modern, scalable website that would support their continued growth while giving their internal team control over content updates. I rebuilt their entire website from scratch on an enterprise-grade framework, transforming their digital presence to better reflect their position as an industry leader.
A key challenge was organizing their service offerings. LCG provides the same core services to four distinct client categories (Business Owners & Executives, Private Equity, Banks & Institutional Debt Providers, and Attorneys), with each audience requiring tailored messaging and positioning. I restructured the entire service architecture and developed a mega menu navigation system that allows visitors to quickly find relevant services for their specific needs. I also wrote unique, SEO-optimized content for each service page, ensuring that every client category had content that spoke directly to their concerns and use cases.
The centerpiece of the rebuild was a custom-programmed Team Grid Filtering System. This sophisticated tool lets visitors filter team members by Location, Industry expertise, Services offered, and Team Leader status, with intelligent sorting by position seniority and alphabetically by last name. For a firm with professionals across 30 cities and multiple specialized practice areas, this functionality was critical.
I also created dedicated Industry pages for each sector LCG serves, writing original, SEO-rich content that highlights their expertise and experience in areas ranging from Healthcare Services to Software & Technology to Specialty B2B Lending.
Throughout the project, I standardized all design elements including spacing, typography, and layouts to create a cohesive professional brand experience.
To ensure long-term sustainability, I provided comprehensive training to the LCG team, empowering them to make content edits, add new team members, and maintain the site independently.
