Lakeview Growth Management is a New York-based Independent Sponsor firm specializing in acquisitions and advisory services for small to medium-sized businesses. Founded by Jeffrey Ferguson, a corporate finance attorney with over 20 years of experience, the firm provides tailored investment opportunities and strategic guidance to clients across real estate, financial services, legal, and other technology-enabled sectors.
For this newly established private equity and advisory company, I designed and developed a sleek, modern one-page website that establishes their professional presence while streamlining client communication.
The site features a custom contact form with file upload functionality, allowing Lakeview to receive confidential documents directly from prospective clients and partners. To support their thought leadership efforts, I built a custom post type for a Resources section where visitors can access and download industry whitepapers and reports as PDFs.
The streamlined single-page layout guides visitors through Lakeview’s services, investment criteria, and target markets with clean navigation and strategic calls-to-action. Since the initial launch, the firm has experienced significant growth, and the Team section has been expanded to showcase their growing roster of analysts and professionals.
