J&T Commercial Cleaning

Project Overview

J&T Commercial Cleaning Services is a family-owned commercial cleaning company based in southeastern Pennsylvania. Founded by Jen and Todd over 15 years ago, J&T has built a reputation for reliability and personalized service across Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, and Montgomery counties. They work with everyone from small churches and local businesses to corporate offices, approaching each client relationship as a true partnership.

This project marked our second collaboration since 2019. The original site had served them well, but after several years of growth, J&T was ready for a refresh that better reflected their professionalism and market position.

The redesign focused on three primary objectives: elevating the brand identity with a more polished, contemporary aesthetic; rebuilding the site architecture for improved user experience and navigation; and developing comprehensive, SEO-optimized service pages that would help them rank for relevant commercial cleaning searches in their service area.

A significant component of the project involved writing new copy for nine dedicated service pages. Each page was strategically crafted to target specific commercial cleaning niches while maintaining the warm, approachable tone that reflects Jen and Todd’s commitment to building genuine client relationships. Special attention was given to highlighting what sets J&T apart from franchise competitors: their local roots, personal accountability, and hands-on approach to every project.
