Project Overview
Crowley Medical Associates is a personalized healthcare practice in Malvern, PA, led by Dr. Kurt Crowley, MD, who has been serving the community since 1996. The practice is affiliated with MDVIP, a network that enables physicians to limit patient panels and provide more individualized attention. Dr. Crowley’s approach centers on building strong doctor-patient relationships through quality time, comprehensive care, and treating root causes rather than just symptoms.
This was a complete website redesign that required rebuilding the site from the ground up to reflect the practice’s patient-centered philosophy and modernized brand identity. The new logo and color palette needed to be integrated throughout, setting a warmer, more approachable tone that aligned with Dr. Crowley’s personable approach to medicine.
Beyond the visual refresh, I rewrote all website content to better position Dr. Crowley as the caring, relationship-focused physician he is. The messaging emphasizes trust, partnership, and the practice’s commitment to spending meaningful time with each patient.
On the functionality side, I integrated several tools to streamline the patient experience: MDVIP platform integration, Aetna Bill Pay and Patient Login portals, and a live Google Calendar displaying office closures and holiday hours. I also created dedicated New Patient and Existing Patient resource pages where visitors can download and print intake forms before their appointments, saving time and reducing administrative burden.
The result is a website that functions as both an informative first impression for prospective patients and a practical resource hub for the existing patient community.
